Collaboratively   Finding   Tangible   Answers

WELCOME!

Anomalous Research and Investigation is a group of individuals who help educate, research and investigate anomalous activities in order to find answers for those who feel they may have paranormal or other anomalous activities. We use a scientific and logical approach to rule out anything that can be explained and proven using scientific method first.

Shawny Darby is the Owner/Founder of ARI. She began her journey in the paranormal field at the age of 18 and still continues more than 22 years later. She has had anomalous experiences all of her life and pursues tangible answers. She has been a member of National Paranormal Society since 2011 and currently serves as one of their Senior Directors (Division 7 - Health and Minors) and participates in other divisions as well: Occult, Demonology and Project Endeavor. Also writes periodic articles and collaborates with other reps on the NPS Focus e-zine/magazine.

Craig Bond has had experiences throughout his life and has pursued both spiritual as well as tangible answers all of his adult life. He is a recent member of National Paranormal Society. He has extensive knowledge in many belief sets and continues learning all aspects that can potentially play into anomalous experiences.

Lani Hagee is our Junior Owner/Founder. She has been a member of National Paranormal Society since 2015 (although she has been involved over her mother's shoulders since 2011). She has always had an avid interest in the paranormal field due to her own experiences. She loves learning about Cryptids the most even though she has never seen one. She takes a strong interest in finding all logical explanations she possibly can and loves learning about everyone's beliefs so she can understand and respect them. She also loves helping educate others.

As we carefully and diligently grow, we will have new people, new faces and new information to add. We wish to collaborate with those who share similar as well as diverse mindsets that respectfully and professionally work toward the same goals.

Just to go ahead and answer the question of whether or not we investigate private cases...the short answer is...YES. We do. But we have an extensive process that requires an understanding of what must be looked at legally and logically to the best of our knowledge to protect you as our client and us as the researchers and investigators.  We are, however, compassionate and we will try our best to help you throughout the entire process and answer any questions you may have.

If you have any immediate concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us. In the meantime, have a look around and check back from time to time to find more tidbits to learn from.
